JEN MARLEY is a Broker with CSR Real Estate Services in Campbell. Jen’s educational background began and prospered while attending schools in the Cupertino Union School District in San Jose. She went on to attend the University of Arizona where she obtained her BA in Communication. This course of study further developed her enjoyment of working with people and provided her with the understanding of how people converse; thereby allowing her to use her knowledge of conversation at the negotiating table to achieve the best possible outcome for everyone she represents. Before real estate with CSR, Jennifer worked for four years at Intero Real Estate Services in Los Altos, and spent six years doing Corporate Event Planning for companies such as the Wyndham Hotel and Arrow Electronics.

STACY MARLEY is a Broker with CSR Real Estate Services in Campbell. Stacy is a Bay Area native, attended Lynbrook High School and graduated from the University of Oregon in Eugene, with a BS in Sociology and an emphasis in Criminology. Prior to joining CSR, Stacy worked for Intero Real Estate Services in Los Gatos, Alain Pinel Realtors in Saratoga, and did PR and Marketing Programs for local high tech companies. Stacy’s professional experience has provided her with the marketing tools and techniques necessary to sell homes for the highest possible price. Further, Stacy’s pursuit of continuing education and in depth knowledge of the real estate purchase contract means that her client’s interests are always protected throughout the transaction. Stacy’s years of hard work and commitment to her clients and her relentless dedication to doing the best job possible, allows her to have a customer base that would never do a real estate transaction without her.

PHIL TRAINA is a Realtor and Short Sale Specialist with CSR Real Estate Services in Campbell. Prior to joining CSR and the short sale team, Phil worked for Intero Services in Los Altos for 8 years.
